How to use

Massage a small, approximately grape-sized amount into the soles of your feet, calves, shoulders, chest, temples or pulse points before bed. Allow the balm to absorb and breathe in the natural lavender aroma slowly.

Take care when applying near the temples and avoid contact with the eyes.
