Order processing

I aim to dispatch orders on the next working day, although please allow up to three working days during busy periods.

Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays. Orders placed during weekends, bank holidays or temporary shop closures will be processed on the next available working day.

If dispatch times are temporarily longer, a notice will be displayed prominently on the website.
