  1. Remove the stopper and place the reeds into the bottle.

  2. Allow 24–48 hours for the scent to fully diffuse.

  3. Flip reeds every 3–7 days (more often for a stronger scent).

  4. Place on a coaster and keep away from direct sunlight or radiators for best performance.

  It depends on room temperature, airflow and how often you flip the reeds, but a 100ml diffuser typically lasts around 6–10 weeks.

  How strong is it?
  Medium to strong (especially in smaller rooms). For a gentler scent, use fewer reeds. For a stronger scent, use all reeds and flip more often.

  How many reeds should I use?
  Start with 5–6 reeds in smaller spaces (bathrooms/bedrooms) and use all reeds in larger rooms. You can adjust anytime.

  How often should I flip the reeds?
  We recommend every 3–7 days. Flip more often for a stronger scent. Always wash hands after.

  Where should I place it?
  Hallways and living spaces are perfect. Avoid placing next to radiators, sunny windows or in strong drafts — heat and airflow can make it evaporate faster.

  Why has my diffuser stopped smelling?
  Your nose can “get used” to a scent. Try flipping the reeds, moving it to a different spot, or placing it in a smaller room for a while.

  Will it stain surfaces?
  Diffuser liquid can mark painted, polished or delicate surfaces, so always place the bottle on a coaster or tray and wipe spills immediately.

  Is it safe around pets and children?
